TERMS & CONDITIONS

ORDERS & PAYMENT

· Guest Needs act as an agent for a local manufacturer at manufacturer prices

· All orders are couriered directly from the manufacturer to the establishment at the expense of the establishment

· Personalised orders cannot and may not be cancelled once placed due to personalised ingredients, bottles and labels of the client, as the order  is specially manufactured as per the clients specifications

· All orders must be in writing and E-mailed or faxed to Guest Needs

· Regretfully no telephonic orders will be accepted unless otherwise agreed upon by prior arrangement and an order number being supplied

· A waiting period apply to all orders placed due to manufacturers delivery dates, lead / manufacturing time, courier delivery days in certain areas of South Africa and availability of goods / products - Goods / products ordered will be dispatched & delivered as soon as humanly possible

· The waiting period for personalised product ranges may take up to 4 weeks for the first order, due to the manufacturing of the personalised plates and printing of the personalised labels, for orders thereafter the waiting period is about 3 - 5 business days as long as the manufacturer has personalised labels on hand, of the establishment, unless otherwise noted

· Personalised labels may take up to 4 weeks to be printed depending on the method used; please ensure that label orders are placed well in advance, we will send out an Email to inform an establishment if and when personalised labels are running low and needs re-ordering unless they are making use of Computer Laser Cut Technology for personalised labels

· Payment on submission of invoice unless otherwise agreed upon by prior arrangement

· Only EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) payments will be accepted

· Regretfully all cash payments into our bank account will be subject to a 3.5% (Three Point Five Percent) surcharge, due to bank cash handling fees charged

· Regretfully no cheques or any payment by means of cheques will be accepted, should we receive any payment by cheque, goods / products ordered will only be couriered once the cheque payment has been cleared by our bankers

· Goods / Products will only be processed and couriered once payment reflects in our bank account unless otherwise noted or agreed upon

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

· Personalised orders cannot and may not be cancelled once placed due to personalised ingredients, bottles and labels, as the order is specially manufactured as per the clients specifications

· For all other orders on standard ranges - only written cancellations will be accepted and only before the order has been dispatched by the manufacturer

· The establishment / client will be liable for a 20% (TWENTY PERCENT) handling fee for any cancellation of an order

 

COURIER / DELIVERY

. The establishment is welcome to arrange their own courier service

· The establishment is liable for all courier / delivery charges levied in respect of goods ordered and no delivery / courier charges shall accrue   or be attached to Guest Needs or the manufacturer

· The courier act solely on behalf of the establishment / client and not on behalf of Guest Needs or the manufacturer of the products

· The establishment is liable for all goods / products couriered and no responsibility thereof shall be attached to the manufacturer or once the products / goods have left the manufacturer

· The establishment / receiver is responsible to thoroughly check the delivery to see that they receive the correct order, number of boxes as shown on the waybill, before signing for the delivery thereof. Goods for delivery are scanned into the truck when send and scanned out of the truck when delivered; please ensure that you have received the full and correct order as displayed on the waybill before signing for the delivery thereof any shortages must be clearly noted on the waybill before signing therefore and brought under our immediate attention so that we can take it up, on your behalf, with the courier company to rectify the mistake, the same goes for damaged boxes delivered

· Delivery / courier to any street address within the Republic of South Africa only

· Goods / products will be delivered / couriered As Soon As Humanly Possible and within a reasonable time

· Delivery / courier to farms, international destinations or over the boarder destinations will be delivered to the nearest street address in any city, town or FedEx Depot within South Africa of the establishment’s choice for collection by the establishment

 

PRICES OF GOODS / PRODUCTS

· All prices of goods / products subject to change without any prior notice

· All prices of goods / products excludes delivery / courier charges

 

THE RIGHT TO CHANGE / AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS & CONDITIONS AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE ARE RESERVED AT ALL TIMES
